Emily Ruth Scott : 1 month old : June 10, 2010
CELEBRATE!! Our Emily Ruth is 1 month old! I can not believe how fast this month has gone. We love having Emily in our family. She is such a doll and it is fun to have our baby girl, even though I am quite exhausted.
During Emily's first month of life she:
- makes so many wonderful and funny faces which we love and just adore!
- has grown from wearing PREEMIE to 0-3 MONTH clothing.
- has attended church once and got all dressed up in an adorable olive colored dress.

- has learned to roll over from her belly to her back! Mom and Dad are shocked. She always rolls on her left side. Her first roll happened when she was just 2 1/2 weeks old, but now she thinks it is no big deal and rolls anytime I put her on her belly.
- has lengthened her night time sleeping from 3 hours at once, to 5 hours together! Mom is thrilled.
- has taken her first trip to Nauvoo, Illinois.
- has been kissed, hugged, and clobbered by her brother more times than we can count.
- has learned to lift up her head when laying on her belly, and also when being held upright. She is such a strong girl!
We present pictures of our little princess marking each week of her life. She has changed so much in just one month. We are eternally grateful to have such a perfect little angel in our family.

she's adorble! it gets crazier as th little one gets bigger, i'm learning even more patience than i thought i had learned with liam. hope things keep going well for your family!
