We have had such a totally fun summer, that I am so behind on posting. Today I am going to post a couple of pictures of our growing Emily girl, and then stay tuned for "Summer Fun" pictures in the coming weeks! (Emily Pictures / Video below)
Our Emily is 2 1/2 months old now and she:
- smiles all the time. It is such a joy to see her smile.
- interacts with Mom and Dad when we talk with her.
- talks back with the cutest noises.
- is always interested in eatting just when I sit down to the table to eat.
- enjoys "tummy time" to a point. She likes it for about 5 minutes when she lifts up her head and looks around. After that, she just rolls over.
- seems to have the hiccups at least once everyday.
- is so fun to dress up. Mom is having a blast with little girl outfits and bows.
- always pulls her headband over her eyes. She must do it to get my attention when I am focused on Brad or something.
- travels in the car very well... most of the time.
- sleeps so well: usually 10 pm- 6 am most nights. I am such a better mom with sleep.
- has patience to enjoy her brother when he hugs her and kisses her multiple times a day.
- brings so much joy to our life.
We love our sweet little Em. She is just plain awesome!

So happy to see the pictures! Emily is beautiful!! and I want to know your secret to looking beautiful in every picture that I see you in... you have two kids and look amazing and I am single and dragging. Doesn't that seem opposite?

She has such big eyes! I love it when it makes her look surprised! I can't believe she started rolling over so young and that she sleeps so well. You are so lucky! You're such a cute mom with a cute family!
So cute! Thomas just loves looking at pictures of her! Actually, he thought that the picture of Brad was himself.
I'm with Megan - What is your secret?! Love that girl's brown eyes. Cracking me up a little, because my boys always have those huge chocolate eyes, and now Oliver has the bright blue with Emily having the chocolate. Guess our family needed the variety. Love the pictures!
