I love Dinosaurs!

Brad loves dinosaurs! He discovered how absolutely cool dinosaurs are about 1 month ago and he has loved them ever since. He has practiced saying the word dinosaur, which sounds more like... "dina-sssszzz", but we consider that pretty close. Well, the other day we got a wonderful package sent from our Uncle Dave, Aunt Krista, and cousins Conner, Beth, and Tyler (Jon's sister and family). As Brad excitedly opened the package, he recognized them immediately... DINOSAURS!! They had sent 4 plastic dinosaurs for Brad. WE ARE SO HAPPY! WE LOVE DINOSAURS! Well, Brad spent about 1 1/2 hours playing with his dinosaurs last night and he even brought them to the dinner table. Brad was thrilled. He would place all 4 of them in a row on the chair as he made dinosaur noises, and then he would line them all up on the couch, etc. Also, Jon and him even practiced being dinosaurs themselves and crawled around the room making all sorts of growling noises. It was so cute to watch. Our little boy is growing up!

Also, here is a picture of our first paint with water coloring book. It was probably more fun for mom than Brad, but he still seemed to enjoy playing the mind game with me -- pretending like he is going to drink the water and then laughing when I reacted to him and tried to stop him--. He is so funny, and such a great kid.

Also, we went to the childrens museum they have here in Iowa. It was great and we played on the airplanes. They have a whole area there where they teach kids all about flying things. It is a great place to spend part of the day.
